Jig Delivery exists to help teams move from good intentions to steady progress without the overhead, ceremony, or long-term commitment of building a full delivery function.
We step in when work matters, momentum has stalled, or teams need clearer structure to deliver consistently. Sometimes that means helping close out known work. Other times it means setting up the systems, cadence, and ownership that allow delivery to happen properly in the first place. It can also require an exhaustive review of how to break down desired goals or outcomes into strategic plans, dashboards and meaningful clarity for all involved.
The aim isn’t to do the work for teams, unless specifically requested.
It’s to help them deliver - and keep delivering - with autonomy.
We can also provide ongoing partnerships for consistency, including sitting at the table for Steering Committee or approval discussions, through to quarterly planning.
